As someone who revels in the charm of historic hotels, I recently found myself in Astoria, staying at a well-appointed hotel that delivered more than just a comfortable night’s sleep. The location was spot on, making it easy to explore the stunning coastal views that Astoria is known for. My room was spacious, which I truly appreciated, given that I was on a brief working trip. I was particularly impressed by the hospitality. The 24-hour reception and housekeeping services ensured I was always looked after, adding considerable value to my stay. The complimentary wi-fi made staying connected effortless, while the mini-bar offered a nice selection. It was the little touches, like the welcome drink and relaxing bar area, that made the experience feel upscale, yet not excessively priced. For anyone weighing luxury against budget, this hotel strikes a reasonable balance. I did notice that while laundry services were available, they come at a cost, so factor that into your budget if you're planning a longer stay. If you’re visiting Astoria and want a touch of elegance without breaking the bank, this hotel might just be the perfect pick.
